Colegiul Tehnic Buzau este cel mai mare liceu din judeţul Buzău, având 63 clase (liceu şi Ş.A.M) cu peste 1450 elevi pregătiţi de 116 cadre didactice.
Colegiul Tehnic Buzău dezvoltă un mediu favorabil învăţării oferind elevilor un start solid in educaţie, prin dezvoltarea deprinderilor şi îmbogăţirea cunoştinţelor, prin modelarea personalităţii lor. Suntem o „minicomunitate în comunitate”, ordonată, atentă, bazată pe valori ca respectul reciproc, cu o personalitate bine definită ce derivă din conexiunea cu tradiţia locala. Şcoala noastră asigură fiecărui elev condiţiile pentru cea mai bună, completă şi utilă dezvoltare, în parteneriat şi cooperare cu factorii sociali, promovând toleranţa şi înţelegerea.
Noi oferim comunităţii locale personal calificat într-o gamă foarte diferită de domenii de activitate, personal ce dă dovadă de bună pregătire atât la nivel profesional, dar şi la un dezvoltat nivel european, demonstrând responsabilitate, spirit de echipă, dorinţă de performanţă, adaptabilitate şi toleranţă, iar tinerilor din judeţul Buzău, le oferim oportunitatea de a se forma la nivelul cerinţelor zonei Buzău şi a regiunii Muntenia, în domenii de activitate de viitor, cerute de piaţa locurilor de muncă.
Colegiul Tehnic Buzău satisface nevoile fiecărui elev de a se simţi competent în a deţine şi utiliza Informaţia, deschis spre schimbare, spre învăţarea şi respectarea valorilor unei societăţi democratice.
Suntem un Colegiu modern, european, o adevărată Familie în care nu există distanţa catedră-elevi. Toţi suntem în bănci şi, Împreună, într-o adevărată Echipă construim una din finalităţile fundamentale ale educaţiei într-o societate democratică - formarea unor cetăţeni responsabili, deosebit de activi social şi capabili de decizii în cunoştinţă de cauză.
Elevii de la Colegiul Tehnic sunt speciali, se implică activ în echipele de implementare a proiectelor educaţionale din şcoală, sunt pregătiţi pentru Viaţă, se mobilizează exemplar pentru a fi întotdeauna ,,mai sus de locul 2!”.
Profesorii de la Colegiul Tehnic sunt Tineri, utilizează metode noi, active, participative şi Comunică! eficient. Putem spune că în Colegiul Tehnic suntem ,,Toţi pentru Unul şi Unul pentru Toţi”. Cine vine în Echipa Colegiului Tehnic nu doreşte să mai plece de aici.
Am demonstrat toate acestea în Competiţii, Proiecte şi alte activităţi în care ne-am implicat cu tot sufletul. Suntem căştigătorii Trofeului „Best High School”, suntem recunoscuţi şi apreciaţi pentru activităţile extraşcolare şi proiectele internaţionale la care participăm.

Technical College Buzau is the biggest high school from Buzau county, having 63 classes with more than 1450 students and 116 teachers.
Technical College Buzau promotes a favourable environment for learning offering the students a solid start in their education, by developing their skills, enriching their knowledge and shaping their personality. We are a “small community inside the community” based on values like mutual respect, with a well defined personality derived from the connection with the local tradition. Our school ensures for every student the conditions for the best, complete and useful development, in partnership with the social factors, promoting tolerance and understanding.
We offer to the local community qualified young people in different fields, young people that will prove to be both good professionals and have high European standards, showing responsibility, team spirit, adaptability, tolerance and the ambition to be competitive; and also to offer to the young people from Buzau County the opportunity to get an education at the level of the regional requirements, in fields that are easily found on the employment market.
Technical College Buzau meets the needs of each student that wants to feel competent in acquiring and using information, open to change, to learning and respecting the values of a democratic society.
We are a modern, European College, a real Family where there is no distance between teachers and students. We are all in the desks and, Together, as a real Team, we are developing one of the fundamental goals of education in a democratic society – the creation of responsible citizens, very active socially and capable of making the right decisions.
The students at Technical College are special, they are actively involved in the educational projects in school, they are prepared for Life, and they are motivated to be always “higher than the 2nd place”!
The teachers at Technical College are Young; they use new and active methods of teaching and they communicate efficiently. We can say that here, at Technical College we are “All for one and one for all”. Who comes into our team never wishes to leave.
We have demonstrated all these in Competitions, Projects and other activities in which we participated with our hearts. We are the winners of the trophy “Best High School”, we are known and appreciated for our extracurricular activities and the international projects that we are part of.
