IPM - Tools 21 is one of the 40 new eJournals created for the participants of the IPM Tools Course in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. Ours is an eJournal for teachers and students interested in collaboration on the Internet and web publishing. Please find below more information on how the magazine is going to be used during the following school year. Hope you'll enjoy it! Readers' comments welcome, too.

Aims
The project aims to promote students' web literacy as well as enhance their social, cultural and communication skills.

Theme
The theme of the project is the media, and the collaboration is built around the idea of virtual classes, consisting of 2-3 students from each of the participating countries.

Two platforms
eJournal IPM Tools 21 will be used as one of the two web platforms of our EJ19 media project. The other digital environment is WKTO.


EJ19 students' assignments
Starting from signing a charter of good netiquette and a brief introduction to the tools of both of the platforms, the students'  tasks will follow a 10-step plan with approximate deadlines for each of the activities. The project began in August 2004 and will be finished by February 2005.
