Extreme Gourmet has been one of my favourite local television programs. It is a part-travelogue, part-Fear Factor-styled variety show featuring celebrities dared to eat some delicacies. These foods are exotic delicacies served in rural China which are well
|
known for their nutritional value. It's not as gross as respite comes in the form of one 'side-dish' but will still be a mental and physical challenge for both the hosts and their special guest artistes. It makes you squirm in your seat while watching.
