Technical support for users of eJournals


In this Help eJournal students and teachers will find support for working with eJournals.

The articles have a lot of screenshots and some articles also have a link to tutorial videos. Some materials can be downloaded.

You can find many tutorial videos in the folder Help Videos. You can easily learn how to use eJournal by studying the Self study guide with links to the Help videos. More videos can be made on demand. 

When you have questions or problems please write to us. We will answer you as soon as possible.

Please send a mail to mail@euneos.fi and suggest a date and time for live consultation in the video conference room in case you need it. You will be given instructions for a session in the video conferencing room of eJournals via email. More on Euneos website.
