Finland,Netherland report

Experience is something that can’t be distributed to one another but can only be told to people, hence I would like to share with you’ll one of my best experiences of my life that I experienced these vacations.

We got our passports and visa’s ready before we were on our way to Finland. After long awaiting and excitement along with nervousness the 6th of May finally arrived- the day we would be soaring high in the skies to our final destination-Finland. After a long journey we finally touched the clean pavements. We were amazed at the cleanliness and infrastructure of the cities. We felt like aliens from outer space. The environment was different, the people were different, the climate was nice and cool. We ate at a restaurant and experienced a whole new variety of dishes. The smell of food was delicious and salmon was served by the hundreds. We were given separate families to stay with whom at first we were uncomfortable with, but as time passed on we interacted more, those people really cared for us and we had a good time together. Before we knew it, we felt at home. We visited many schools and many other cities and we were fascinated at the beauty and the culture it had. We learned of the many histories of Finland and the country’s geography. We visited a few schools and admired the latest technology being put to the fullest usage. We made many friends and interacted very frankly with them. Soon enough we became close friends and we started sharing with each other the latest trends that prevail in both India and Finland. Days passed until it was time to move onto our last destination-the Netherlands.

We arrived soon enough and we experienced again a new environment. Things weren’t as advanced as in Finland and we saw adults on their way to work. We were lowly elevated as Netherlands is actually below sea level and is protected by huge dams. We visited all the sight seeing places such as Amsterdam and we noticed that the beauty and serenity of the place was a whole new level higher than Finland. We visited many awesome and beautiful places and we learned a lot from them. We then visited the schools. They weren’t as good as Finland’s but they taught us many things and we acquired unforgettable information.

We had an awesome and breathtaking experience but it was time to head back home. Along with our teachers we had one last party and we reluctantly left the western world.

As we touched the East it felt good to be home and eat our favorites but we missed all our friends and all the fun.

Our school has provided us great opportunities and I hope they will continue to do the same in the future.
