Finnish kitchen has got impulse from Sweden but in east of finland there is also impulse from Russian kitchen. Finnish traditional foods are for example: Karelian pies, rye pudding, karelian hot pot and roast reindeer. Finnish most mundane soup is pie soup. Finnish people eat lost of berries, meat, fish and mushrooms. Even people from abroad come to gather berries in Finland. My personal favourite berry is strawberry. Finnish people use also lots of milk products and bread. Carbohydrates comes from varying sources: pasta, rice or potatoes. At Finnish food we dont use lots of spices but we use lots of salt and that us bad thing, also Finnish people didnt before eat enough vegetables and fruits. Finnish food is trademark of fresh and clean products and we are proud of it. Finnish people favour fullcorn and rye bread. We also eat fast food in finland but you can even get a rye burger in mc donalds. My favourite foods are pizza and fried chicken. Have fun reading this. :)
