Good manners are imprtant in Finland. If you behave well it may make people around you happy. It is polite to behave well whit older people. Words like thank you (fin:Kiitos) and you're welcome (fin:Ole hyvä) are polite to use when someone give something to you or when you give something to someone. It is very important to be polite to teachers in the school. Young people should be polite to their parents.
