STOP CLOBAL WARMING
   – WHAT CAN WE DO

Clobal warming is a very current subject. The Earth is warming up all the time. For example, 50 years ago our winter was very cold and snowy, now there is no no snow on the ground and it’s ”warm” and very windy. So how will it be 50 years later?
Rainforests will be cut down, there will be no clean water, rivers will be full of waste. All the time we buy new clothes, new phones, new mp3-players, so factories are polluting more and more. We can’t stop global warming, but we can slow it down. But how?
People use too much energy, and pollute nature. They take long showers with hot water, threy drive a car to the market even it is close by. But we really should save energy. We could turn lights out everytime we go out of the room, we could try open the fridge as rarely as possible. We could have natural gas for warming our homes.
And we could recycle. Clothes, glass, plastic, biowaste, almost everything is possible to recycle. We could walk and ride a bike more. And we should use public transport more often, busses and the subway. But public transport would surely be much more popular if it was cheeper. I rather ask my mum to take me to school with a car, because the bus is so expensive. But bio- and dieselcars are becoming more common and lowerpriced, so we should by them. And we really should drive only when we have no choise. We should use ecofriendly products as often as possible. And smoking. We should stop smoking, but at least reduce it. Or do we want to melt the polar ice caps?

If the polar ice caps melt, the sea level will rise, and many countries will become fouded. And the weather can be anything. Winds can be very strong and there will be big hurricanes. And what if the Golf-stream stops? Are we sans yo have another ice age? What about then?
And what about our children and granchildren, and their childhood? What if they don’t have fresh air to breathe, no blue sky? What will happen to the ozone layer? Will the sunstorms come to our planet? We don’t know yet, and hopefully we won’t see it.
So protect nature and our planet. Everybody can do something for it. You can buy local products so they don’t have to bring us products from far away. And recycling ans saving energy are small but very important things we all can do.
