The carnival is OK but I don't like disguising. I haven't disguised since 1996. A long time ago!

On Shrove Tuesday, there's a procession in my village, where groups of neighbours participate. Then they sing and dance in the main square and the  best win some money.

The traditional food in this time in Galicia is a stew with greens and pork - head, ear, pork, sausage (chorizo), etc. And the typical desserts are sweet ears, pancakes and fritter. I love pancakes with honey. They're great..
