From the olive residues to an eco-fuel.
|
Our region is rich of olive-trees and there is a large production of olive oil. Some producers have experimented a process by which an eco-fuel can be
obtained from olive residues.
After the olive pressing, a part of olive residues remains in the oil press. It is put in a special machine and an essence is extracted. The transforming process is completely natural ,no chemical elements or solvents are used. The product ,which is obtained, is not only a very high fuel but it is natural and ecological. By this olive-essence burning we can get both heat and electricity for our houses and industries.
