AWAKENING WITH THE SUN

I want to tell you one of my teachers his name is Mr. Hüseyin. He is 30 years old he works as a math teacher in our school. He has a perfect and very profitable habit “Awakening at 6 o clock everyday" Oh. I can guess most of you find it as a difficult and unpleasant. Who doesn’t want to sleep an extra hour? My uncle doesn’t. He gets up at 6 o clock everyday not only weekdays but also weekends. Because he says all the time “Many people sleep much more than they need to. 6 hours is enough for an average adult person. So I go to bed at 12 o clock and get up at 6 every morning. Because Sleep is actually a habit and like any other habit, it is possible to chance it for you.” But you are a teenager so you may go to bed before 12 o’clock because your body may need much more time to sleep. But in all cases your awakening time should be same everyday. Also you should be careful with weekends many people try to sleep longer than usual at the weekends because they don’t know that changing awakening hour affects our body clock badly; moreover spoil its order. On the other hand please don’t forget that the quality of sleep is important but unfortunately we focus on the quantity of sleep but It is better to have six hours of uninterrupted deep sleep than even ten or much more hours of disturbed sleep. You should believe this because it is scientific reality. 6 hours is really is enough for an healthy adult. It can repair and restore your body and spirit at the same time. By the way please think the rate of sleeping hour’s proportion in your whole life. If you get up one hour early everyday you may add a one extra hour to your life everyday. I believe in his ideas and try to apply them to my life. But I should admit that it is not easy. Firstly I tried it one month ago. Especially in the first days: I really feel exhausted," and getting sleepy during the day. I continued during four days. Afterwards I lost my belief and self confident and finally I gave up. When I explained the result to my uncle he told ideas of an important writer (Robin Sharma) to me for explaining my situation. “It is a short-term pain for a large measure of long-term gain. You will always feel a little discomfort when you are installing a new habit. "Getting up with the sun sounds extreme." "Absolutely. The sun rejuvenates me. When I grow tired it keeps my mood bright. In the ancient culture of the East, the sun was thought to be a connection to the soul. People worshipped it as it allowed their crops to flourish along with their spirits. Sunlight will release your vitality and restore your emotional and Physical vibrancy. It is a delightful physician, when visited in moderation of course.” In this case how can we improve the quality our sleeping. First of all we should look at What we do before we go to sleep every night?" Generally we spend long ours in front of TV or computer scenes you should know that according to new research about sleeping process, spending time with TV or computers before sleeping reduces the quality of our sleep. But what we do? We watch TV during long hours. Furthermore program or its type is not important for most of us. In all cases we can find a program for watching every night. In addition to watching TV we have another harmful habit it is computer. Most of us knew the harmness of spending long hours before a computer but only a few of us may control our self. We have many excuses for sitting in front of a computer every night. For instance many people sit in front of screen only for checking their mails but hours pass like water. There is another mistake, most of us do. It is eating at late hours I don’t mean ten or twelve hours by late hours. I mean 8 o’clock really believe me it is a late hour for your digestion system. Eating after this hour completely affects the quality of your sleep. On the other hand instead of these harmful habits there are some useful habits we can do. For instance we may read inspiring books also we can listen to special kind of music which may give relaxation to us before going to bed. According to experts One hour before you sleep and first one hour Period after you wake up are the most profitable times for your spirit. These special hours are the most inspiring time of our lives. Getting up early and organizing our life ensure a magnificent life for us. As a result if you want to get up with the sun you should improve your sleeping quality. You can do many things for this. For example: before going to sleep, don't watch the news or speak about unpleasant daily events. Because, Relaxation is vital, for a good sleeping.
