Section and project main goals:

• To diversify learning and cooperation through Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) into an integrated realtime and online Network
• To use and develop ICT and language skills to create, communicate, share and promote useful informations on various environments and communities.
• To foster the European and also global dimension of communities development through effective and live-online contacts and exchanges.
• To support intercultural dialogue.
• To recognize cultures and communities true values and identity, to give people various options towards collaborative actions.

ETC Network framework:

• Individuals (both youth and adults) and communities in different countries are firstly trained, get involved and later work together on focused subjects, bringing an open dimension to their background and educational environment.
• Any subject where learning can benefit from different points of view and educational assistance and exchanges will find an added value in using online platforms.
• The online and live platforms informational and promotional potential makes it easily adaptable to other collaborative models and ICT educational and promotional tools.
