ILPO eLearning is not just separate classroom activities, tightly or loosely connected with the curriculum, but it consists of learning scenarios leading to project units. Integrative, holistic knowledge and practical competences are emphasized in project-based learning PBL, instead of fragmented pieces of knowing.
Details of the Recommendation: ILPO recommends Joseph as a young person with innovative and fine vission....

Ludo, Joseph and Pentti share new concepts 2009.
"Joseph Nshimbani promotes eJournalism in Africa, South Pacific and India since 2002. He quickly learned to know CMS eJournal and created one of the first eJournals http://africa.eduprojects.net/nedi/ in the world.
In the following years he continued using eJournals for reporting on events in Vanuatu South Pacific and then in India where he was one of the initiators of the European and Indian eJournal project collaboration of schools, which has developed into EUMIND project, Europe Meets India http://ejournal.eumind.net.
I appreciate Joseph as an innovative young person who has fine visions and a lot of responsibility for the challenges of life and global development."
