A VISIT TO ENGLAND
When I heard, that I would go to England, I was so happy. On Tuesday, 6th December, I prepared my luggage and my father took me to my school. We gather in front of our school with our teachers. The school housekeeper drove us in the school van to the airport in Trieste. I was a bit scared as this was my first flight, but it was very pleasant. When we came to Stansted airport we waited for Mike, the teacher from Woodbridge. He accompanied us to our host families. My hosts were Bethany and Sophie Papworth. The twin sisters were very nice and kind, like their family. We attended their school, too. The pupils were very quiet there all the time. They wear the school uniforms and ties. In that school there was a big and new computer room. There were about twenty computers. Every pupil had his own username and password to use the computer.  On Friday we went to London by train. There we had to find our hotel first. It was near Victoria station, this is the place in central London. When we found it we left our luggage in our rooms and went to the centre of the city. We saw a lot of sights of London, like Buckingham Palace, London Eye and Big Ben. Saturday was our last day of our visit. On Sunday morning, at seven o’clock we went to the airport Stansted. When we flew back to Trieste our housekeeper waited for us again in the school van. On the way back home we talked about our experience in England. It’s a very beautiful country and I hope I will visit it again.
